Burnt Library Records

We administer and leverage a deep archive of live concert and broadcast‑era recordings, under a non‑exclusive management agreement with the archive's rights holder.

An archive, not a back-catalogue

Burnt Library Records administers a substantial archive of live concert and broadcast recordings captured from radio and television soundboards between the 1960s and the early 2000s, across rock, pop, alternative, blues, and jazz.

Most of the archive has never been commercially released. We work through the archive in stages: clearing recordings for commercial use, restoring and standardising material that remains in raw form, and placing each finished recording with the channel best suited to its content and audience, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

What we do: Archival curation, audiovisual syndication, direct-to-collector audio releases, deluxe vinyl production, and sound licensing all under a non-exclusive management agreement with the archive's rights holder.

Who we are: Burnt Library Records is the catalogue management arm of Veto Visuals, dedicated to unlocking the value of archival recordings through restoration, rights management and tailored distribution.
